Wade Reeves
Wade ReevesIntroduction: Bellevue School District Contract Music Instructor Private drum set and group drum line instruction all ages and skill levels. Very strong rudimental, Scottish influences and all drum set styles. Specialties: Hand techniques and double bass. Wade: Teaches a percussion class, a band class and in 2010 an audio engineering class for the Bellevue School District. He has fifteen years teaching privately at Donn Bennett Drum Studio and twenty at his private drum and audio recording facility in Renton. Wade has recently established, “The Dragon Bucket Drum Corp”, a drum line consisting of marching drums built using parts from five gallon buckets and constructed by his students. “We hope to participate in future community events”. He has thirty-eight years playing professionally in clubs to 20,000 seat arenas with groups such as INXS, Richard Marxs, The Beach Boys, Shots, and The Edison Jones Band. He is currently a working musician, playing drums locally in: The Lenny Epps Band, Dysfunshun, The Hitmen, The Deville’s, The Rangers, The Steve Trembly Band, The Tommy Wall Band, and the Edsels.
